Q : Do you do both indoor and outdoor hires?
A : Yes all our castles come with a rain cover and are suitable for indoor and outdoor hires
Q : Do you have public liability insurance?
A : Yes, we are covered to the value of £5 million full public liability cover
Q : Can you provide a receipt for my hire?
A : Yes, receipts are given for all hires
Q : Do you require a deposit and is there any cancellation charge
A : We DON'T require any deposit and there is NO cancellation charge
Q : What time do you deliver and collect the equipment?
A : Delivery and collection times are arranged with the hirer
Q : Is all your equipment safe to use?
A : All our equipment is PIPA tested annually to ensure safe operation. All our electrical equipment is also PAT tested
Q : Do you charge extra for delivery?
A : All our prices include delivery local to Larkhall eg Ashgill, Lesmahagow, Netherburn, Strathaven, Stonehouse, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Hamilton, Bothwell, Uddingston, small delivery charges may apply out with our local area.
